Chamber SWIM School
Chamber Swim School is a caring, family orientated swimming school with an emphasis on teaching children to be confident in the water and developing their technique in this valuable life skill.
This is achieved by small groups of no more than eight children with helpers in the water for those less confident, progressing to developing good stroke technique being applied consistently.
Chamber Swim School is registered with Swim England (the national governing body for swimming in England), number 917309, and as such uses the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme underpinned by the principles of Swim England's Athlete Development Support Pathway.
All our teachers are qualified Amatuer Swimming Association (ASA) level 1 or 2 swimming instructors and DBS checked, and most have coached or swam competitively in the Greater Manchester area and beyond.
We teach children from the age of 3 years 11 months upwards and they progress from learn to swim through to being ready to join competetive swimming clubs. Should your child achieve the level of Stage 5 on the Learn to Swim Framework they may be recommended to move onto a local swimming club to continue their swimming development and contact details of all clubs will be provided.
